My first memories are helping my mother and grandmother in the kitchen.  Pinching ravioli for easter, stir polenta, stealing meaballs from the sauce.  My entire life revolved and was shared around the kitchen table.  Homework was done there,discussions, reprimands, rewards, all with the table as the centerpiece.  Through my cooking I try to bring those intimate family moments to your home
